The owner of this C&C 40 wanted to be able to escape from the sweltering Chesapeake Summer heat. Two compact, energy efficient, 16,000BTU Cruisair units were selected.

Four inch ducting was run to the V-berth and guest cabins. Six inch ducting was run to the main cabin.

Two Cherry wood intake grills were installed to ensure proper air exchange.
