Tom Schmalenberg, the yard manager, also heads the rigging department. Tom has the knowledge and equipment to fabricate and install everything from new lifelines to new standing or running rigging. He is an expert in all of the latest roller-furling technology. With his racing and sailing experience, Tom can also make intelligent recommendations regarding upgrades or repairs to your boat’s rigging. Annapolis Harbor Boat Yard owns a 22-ton crane that enables us to quickly and safely unstep and step masts up to 80 feet.
